Zune Arts Launches Podcast Series

Zune Arts has just launched a new podcast series that can be downloaded for free exclusively through Zune Marketplace. The first video in the series is actually pretty neat as it features a behind the scenes look at the making of a video by Three Legged Legs. The video being made involves dancing zombie puppets created by artist Adam Parker Smith.
Three Legged Legs is a directorial studio founded in 2005 by Greg Gunn, Casey Hunt and Reza Rasoli. Here’s one of their short animation films, “Humans.”
Apple’s iTunes Now 2nd Largest Distributer of Music in the US thanks to iPod People

Now trailing only Wal-Mart, iTunes is the number two (legal) source of music distribution with 50 Million customers and 4 billion songs sold. They pushed past Best Buy and Target, who trail 3rd and 4th respectively.

About 10 percent of music acquired in the U.S. was through legal downloads in 2007, and consumers who bought digital music legally through pay-to-download Web sites grew by 5 million to 29 million in 2007, NPD said Tuesday.
