After Forever Make Maiden Voyage to North America

I never played V:tM or anything, but when no one’s looking, I like listen to female-fronted Euro prog/goth metal. I’m not sure if I really like it, but I like to listen to it. Maybe it’s all the pomp and circumstance, or the beautiful women in corsets, or because when I was in high school, I used to read Tolkien and Anne Rice novels in the library instead of eating lunch in the cafeteria.
This is getting embarrassing.

Live Earth – Giants Stadium

Synthesis photographer Hali McGrath made the long haul out to East Rutherford, NJ, for the last show of the 24-hour Live Earth concert series. Held on 7.7.07 in cities across the globe, Live Earth sought to raise awareness about the dangers of climate change. It also managed to bring together a lot of great acts. Despite concerns about security capabilities, Live Earth Rio De Janeiro will continue as planned. Earlier this week, local authorities withheld approval for the concert, which will take place on Copacabana Beach and will be headlined by Lenny Kravitz, Macy Gray and Pharrell Williams, but according to a statement released by Live Earth Communications Director Kristina Schake, the concerns have been addressed.
