Lulz of teh Day: Parents Television Council
Posted on 11. Mar, 2009 by Dallas VonKillbot in Idiocy
Google Trends managed to again spark up a great deal of humor in my life today as I traced back the current #17 trend, the Parents’ Television Council, back to their roots. The group is apparently is pissed off at Family Guy for such minor issues as showing a menially handicapped horse killing deaf kids, said horse licking Peter’s ass in his sleep and depicting Stewie knowingly eating horse sperm in his cereal… no big deal, right?!
Besides being mad at a show that clearly has a track record (not [...]
I Think Joaquin Phoenix Is On Drugs
Posted on 12. Feb, 2009 by Dallas VonKillbot in Film, Idiocy, Music
In case you haven’t heard the news recently, Joaquin Phoenix has claimed that he’s quitting acting and is bound for a career in rapping. There’s been a ton of speculation weather or not this is true or some elaborate hoax, both from the media and in Phoenix’s camp. Although he claims it’s 100% true, it’s not helping his case that he has Casey Affleck following him around with a film crew documenting the whole thing. Sounds a little fishy, yea?
After perplexing fans recently by announcing he was [...]
More Google Trends Lulz
Posted on 05. Feb, 2009 by Dallas VonKillbot in Blog
This one is a little tricky, with the outbreak of Miley Cyrus’ new picture mocking Asian people and all that jazz. As I was cruising Google’s Hot Trends today, I noticed something kind of odd on the top side of the list. “I am extremely terrified of Chinese people” popped up, which is either a a reference to the Hannah Montana of our the work of Anonymous. Either way, it brought me some lulz.
Random Internet Moment of the Day

It’s a little early to be making statements about the whole day, but I think we have a winner here. It seems that Anon is at it again, this time causing a picture of a plane running into the twin towers to come up in the Google hot trends (#3 below). I’ve got to admit, I lulz’d a little bit.
It’s Really Tough To Write About Shawn Carla Hektor

It’s been a tough morning for me ever since Howard Stern announced Playboy Playmate Shawn Carla Hektor as Miss Howard TV August 2008. Oh! The trials that have come to pass since then.
I’ve had to search for pictures of her ALL MORNING. Let me tell you – it’s tough to find a shot without her boobs exposed. Today’s gonna be just ruined for me! Gha!

Who Wastes Their Time Doing This?

Google Trends is usually pretty helpful in finding out what topics of the day are the most searched and popular. Last week the swastika was a hot trend but it turns out we were all lied to. Hackers are manipulating Google Trends so offensive words show up as hot trends. The swastika was first, now the words “fuck you google” flipped backwards to get through a spam filter. And I thought some white supremacist creepers were teaming up to take down the internet or something.
Google Trends Show The Swastika Is Relevant To Your Interests

We often use Google Trends to know what to blog about to get people to look at us and click on banners and all that. Yesterday it seemed like people were really getting into the Swastika. At one point it was the number one “Hot Trend”.
It is a fact that GOOGLE CANNOT BE TRICKED. So what Happon?
