Martin Luther King & the KKK

Tomorrow, as you may or may not know, will mark 40 years from the assassination of Martin Luther King. While many across our country embrace King for the civil rights hero that he was, there are still more than a few who would disagree. Take the Ku Klux Klan for example. This famed white pride militia is still very much in operation. They have some of their own opinions on Dr. King. While their views may seem to be in the minority, it is still important to recognize that they exist. I implore you to read a piece on their website as to why the King holiday should be abolished. I would equally implore you to read the KKK’s take on the myths of black slavery.
