Though this year’s SXSW will offer ample chances to check out lots and lots of UP AND COMING bands (read: not too many big headliners this year), a few notables have been popping up at the Austin Rock Mecca, including Dreamy Brit Pop Champions Echo and the Bunnymen. I’m looking forward to hearing their upcoming release, The Fountain and lookign forward to the possibility of interviewing them for Synthesis.net (Jason C at MuseBox: hint hint).

This year the acclaimed music marketing firm presents two showcases – Thursday afternoon March 19th and Saturday night March 21th – at The Rusty Spurs, 405 East 7th Street (between Trinity Street and Neches Street.)
