Well, he didn’t exactly say that. The singer released a statement apologizing for….something, but not mentioning specifically anything involving the allegations against him, namely that he beat the hell out of his girlfriend, pop singer Rihanna, and all that kind of shit. But I guess it’s a start:
“Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired,” the statement reads. “I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God’s help, to emerging a better person.
“Much of what has been speculated or reported on blogs and/or reported in the media is wrong,” the statement continues. “While I would like to be able to talk about this more, until the legal issues are resolved, this is all I can say except that I have not written any messages or made any posts to Facebook, on blogs or any place else. Those posts or writings under my name are frauds.”
In the meantime, the media money grab surrounding these two idiots is sweeping up everyone and their father, literally. This weekend, both Rihanna’s father and Brown’s biological father released statements, to go along with previously released statements from Brown’s sister and stepfather. Yet, with all these statements still know one knows shit, allowing internet rumors involving STDs to fester, pun intended. Anyways, the real question should be, why does anyone give a shit?
