Britney’s Gettin’ Sued, Y’all

How many shitty fragrances are celebrities going to put out? Well, this one might be the last for Britney Spears, because it’s starting to prove to be more trouble than it’s worth. Her latest fragrance, Radiance, is the object of a fat-ass lawsuit that was just filed by a company that says she stiffed them – big time. Britney and her grit-making father hired this marketing company for her latest cheap perfume, and according to them, they did their job. They hooked her up with Elizabeth Arden, and they still haven’t seen any of the 35% of the profits they were promised. Not only that, but the lawsuit states Britney and her Pops went behind their back and struck up a deal with Elizabeth Arden by themselves. Why didn’t they just do that in the first place? It reads:

“Britney secretly made a deal with Elizabeth Arden in an underhanded effort to circumvent and evade obligations to Brand Sense. Effectively, Britney improperly and illegally cut Brand Sense out of the deal.”

They’re accusing her of concealment and evasive actions, and I’m accusing her of being a sloppy f*%#ing mess.
