Visiting my eco-minded relatives, I kept seeing Zum-brand products in the bathroom. When I saw Zum Face in the shower, I was finally compelled to try one. The “gentle facial cleanser†made with lemon and “pure essential oils†is surprisingly concentrated. The subtle citrus scent invites one to lather up without dominating the senses. Surprisingly, the all-natural cleaner gives one's face the same spick-and-span feeling of traditional cleansers, which likely contain toxic chemicals, damage watersheds or cause some other antisocial malady. Similarly, my hands loved Zum Body, a smooth, sweet-smelling lotion. I was tempted, but left the baby in the house's Zum Bum unsullied.
