Wanna Open Up For Apostle of Hustle?

By far my favorite of the Broken Social Scene spin-off/Arts & Crafts bands, Apostle of Hustle have a new album coming out on May 19th. If their track record means a damn, Eats Darkness will be a phenomenal, breezy, tropical indie rock affair. I can't wait. But the REAL news is that Apostle of Hustle are doing some Ontario shows, and that they're looking for opening bands:
Apostle of Hustle recently announced a handful of Ontario dates that begin the day after the release of their third full-length album, Eats Darkness (May 19). For these shows, the band has announced a search for support acts. Aspiring songwriters and performers in the Southern Ontario area (19 yrs of age and older) are encouraged to email a MySpace link, band information and a brief summary of why you think you'd be a good support act to supportaoh@arts-crafts.ca by May 1. You can also visit the band's website now to download the track, Perfect Fit, for free. Go here for a full list of tour dates. The band are currently planning dates through the north east U.S. in early June. All details will be posted on the bands tour section as they become available.
