The 2008 lineup is FRESH! KRS-One, 88-Keys, Buckshot, Blu & Exile, Fresh Daily, Mickey Factz, J. Period, Zaki Ibrahim and DJ Premier. The Brooklyn Hip-Hop main performance day is July 12th. Let’s Do It Brooklyn! The Hip Hop Festival is a funky fresh 3-day event starting July 10th with Revive The Live! at the Masonic Lodge ft. Ladybug Mecca, Chip Fu, and Mos Def. July 11th is Brooklyn Keeps on Taking It at the powerHouse Arena ft. High Water Music artists Fresh Daily, Sputnik Brown, and P. Casso. Music by DJ Sucio Smash. Special guests Bobbito A.k.A DJ Cucumber Slice and more. The Main Day, at Empire Fulton Ferry State Park, starts of at noon for Family Day where we’ll have activities for the kids till 3:45.
