From what I remember from watching the director commentary on that episode, they tried to get Snoop Dogg and Flavor Flav as choices for Professor Murder, but each of them bowed out at the opportunity.
I forget which one had which reason, but one was busy at the time, and the other didn’t want to play the part of Professor Murder unless they WON the rap-off.
