Drunkorexia: The New Bulimia

This article seemed appropriate after being on the SXSW diet (booze, booze, and more booze)... and the Zynthesis wine post I just did. I've made the decision to drink rather than eat many a times, but it's usually because I'm broke and I'd rather spend the money on getting a buzz.
I’ve been following this cute new buzzword now for a couple months. It’s pretty scary how accepting the hipster scene and glam-struck public are; and how quick they are to minimize a serious problem. There is already a word for the condition where food is replaced by booze and weight is shed. It’s called alcoholism. I think I know a wee bit of what I’m speaking ’bout too.
OH! So THAT”S how you lost all that weight. I just thought it was the clean living!
